Sleep is one of the important things to be done in human life, proper sleep will make our day the best one. An average human needs to sleep at least 8 hours per day, without that anyone will feel restless. To gain mental stability and consciousness at least we need 6 hours of sleep. Sometimes we might feel restless even after sleeping long hours, it will happen to many peoples; even I used to feel like this many times that the night went off so hurriedly also I felt like that I slept just now and I used to question myself; how can the sunrise this fast?

Importance of Food Before Bed
Do you ever feel that? If yes, I am sorry you are under stress or you are doing something routinely that you don’t like. It is a psychological truth when you are under mental stress, your brain asks you to sleep more similarly if you sleep too much, then your mind will suffer from stress. People sleep like a dead man after some heavy physical work, that is common but if you sleep more without any physical work, then my suggestion for you is; to consult a psychiatrist or psychologist.
Better sleep gives a better day also better food habits will give better sleep. So, what can we eat before sleep? Which food can help us to sleep better? Can we drink more water before going to sleep?
I’ll answer the first 2 questions later before that let me come into the water question. We can drink a tumbler of water before getting into the bed but make sure you un-fill your bladder before sleep because it is hard to wake up in the middle of the night. If it is winter, better to visit the restroom at least 2 times before bed. Or else your sleep will get into trouble.

Foods That Can Be Eaten Before Bed
Almond
You can try other nuts and seeds too but almond is what I recommend because it is rich in magnesium. Magnesium is a relaxation mineral, which helps you to feel relaxed.
If you do a lot more physical work or if you are a sports player then you have to eat almonds before sleep because it helps to cure muscle cramps.
Anyone can eat this because midnight muscle cramps while sleeping will not happen. And another reason for sudden waking up from sleep is blood sugar crash and nuts can help you to sleep better, especially Almond. Because kids used to eat candies and cookies which have more sugar content but nuts like Almond have some fat in it so, it can neutralize the blood sugar level.
I recommend 3 to 4 pieces also don’t eat too much better consult your dietician.
Banana | Best Night Food
Banana is something that I highly recommend eating before sleep, banana has many benefits; it can digest the food that you had before. Banana helps to relieve constipation. Banana is one of the easiest available protein foods in the world. It gives freedom when you sleep.
So, eat bananas 1 or 2 before bed but try to eat country bananas and avoid Cavendish bananas because cavendish bananas are a BT variety which is not good for health.
Banana also has magnesium and also another relaxation mineral is there called potassium. More than that it has Vitamin b6. This vitamin b6 helps us to secrete melatonin, if you are not aware of melatonin let me explain; it is a hormone that induces sleep or we can also call it a sleep hormone.

I am not saying about New zee landers but kiwi fruit, which has brown skin and green flush, kiwis are highly recommended for insomniac people and there was proof that people who eat kiwis sleep more hours.

Fruit Kiwis have more vital nutrients that level the blood purity and help neurotransmitters to work better. Kiwis fruit has its own phytonutrients and plant chemicals which also make you relax and sleep.
Tart Cherry
This 4th thing in the suggestion is technical should not eat but a better way to take it as juice. It has natural melatonin which is the highest in amount, it can help you to sleep even if you had extra food. Also, it has some of the common nutrition which the above things had and it will also recover you from blood sugar crunch. Better try this, and I am interested in drinking it. Hummus
The last but not least, the hummus also can produce the amino acid called tryptophan which also helps to calm down our body as I said before. So try my suggestions but one thing tries one item per day also don’t get into bed suddenly after you eat.
