Established in 1916, Lady Hardinge Medical College is ranked as one of the best colleges for medical studies in Delhi. It is affiliated with Delhi University, Faculty of Medical Sciences. For practical training, it is attached to two hospitals – Smt. Sucheta Kriplani Hospital, and Kalawati Saran Child Hospital. The bed strength of these hospitals is 877 beds and 350 beds respectively. The institute offers various medical courses. Admission for the MBBS course happens through the DUMET exam.

To get into this course, students must be eligible.
