India has the world’s largest democracy, it’s peacefully concluded by-election, our Indian Administration will be different from the first and now & this also for the women in politics. In typical India, the Importance of Women In Politics is both big and small, neither none nor high, and also we should encourage greater participation of women leaders in Panchayats, or village level councils, It’s my opinion about the participation of women in politics.

Women in India participate in voting and run for public offices and Political parties of women are lower level than compared to men. Female/Women in political participation are the strongest area over Political activism and also the voting. They are rocking in politics like the posts of President and Prime minister of INDIA, as well as most of the chief ministers in the various state, are women participation.

What is the Importance of Women in Politics? because Women are the mere caretakers of children and elders in every country of the world, and women’s political participation rate arises from every year. In October 2019, the global participation in the national level parliament is 24.5%. International studies demonstrate that political organizations change society and women take the lead role in helping the family adjust themselves and relate to the new realities. She can face a number of challenges that affect their ability to participate in political life and become a political leader. Women are mentally stable in all the stages compared to the man, it’s not the feminism we are talking about, because it’s also said by a man. Don’t make the women stuck in a small surroundings of life, let them fly to lead their role in the world.

Involvement of Women in Politics

This involvement is a drastic change to the world, it’s an interesting and proud moment to share with you guys, this is the moment that I want to share is Women in Canadian Politics. Gender representation issues may arise in Canadian politics. The woman elected to the house of Commons of Canada was Agnes Macphail, in the election of 1921.

Every religious belief book says women are a superstitious power in the world but every part of the world makes the women do tasks as important because those men, managed their households, they were equal in daily life, but all the decisions were made by men, no one gives chance to perform well by their ability everyone using them for provision of clothing and food, let them give space to make a decision making by their own interest, don’t even try to trap them. The participation of women in government, at any level of governance, is mainly under the representation of women, its result shows the democratic deficit. Gender-balanced local councils may be an important step in helping to maintain the gender balance in politics. What is above I said, let’s play our role in politics and be ready to take our own decision, be a strong women in every field, and be an example for others to come out.

Female Participation 

The importance of Women In Politics is a fundamental prerequisite for gender equality without partition needs a genuine democracy for the world. ‘Many women can do the noble thing, but you suppress them from the exterior boundary. In that manner, righteous women can bring men up but evil men bring women down. Female participation facilitates women’s direct engagement in PUBLIC DECISION MAKING. This decision-making power is a means of ensuring better accountability to women.

Female Participation’s main key role is to educate themselves and know well about the importance of women in politics and make them proper citizens to serve our nation. Women might have the chance to be healthier and live a happier life, these main thing is enough to promote a girl child education. There is an important benefit for society and for their development. Educated women developing their own skills, getting more information about the society, gives the self-confidence to face anything without hesitation and also the fear to overcome the negative part of our life. A simple thing she needs to be is a better parent for giving education and educating them in the right way.

Educational Reforms

Panchayat women leaders have been especially active in giving education to rural areas, these are the developed area in the whole society, we need to make the education is too useful and worthwhile. Selecting the school teacher to the rural school area is the main reform, corruption may occur during selecting the delegated rural school teacher, Accountability is essential during the selection of a teacher but everyone lost it, they doing a favor to their surroundings and doing corruption instead of making a proper action. Administrative reforms commission, when doing small scale rural corruption has some accountability but compared to the large scale corruption doesn’t have such kind of accountability.

Every rural school teacher should care about the separate bathrooms for girls and safe drinking water for students, genuinely empowering a woman in local government is all about success.

First Female In Politics

There is a minimum opportunity for everything but not for politics, lots of spaces in the world to become participation in politics. you need to grow to be stronger and women’s empowerment is yet to be exploited. There have been decades correctly assumed that women value and contribute positively to politics.

Every woman needs to know her own power because she can play a key role in conflict resolution and peacebuilding. The women’s movement has played an important role in connecting a two-point of ordinary people and everyday life. In politics, a female can be campaigning and give motivational support for their party. Some examples you about to know it. Women empowerment is the process of empowering women. It is a necessity for the fine development of society, SELF HELP GROUP(SHG) decreased so many women’s problems by micro-financing. In the past few years, women’s participation in SHG is much bigger because it steps deeper into the problem that women have and is a slight bit rectified. It strongly demonstrates in their women’s empowerment and enhances sustainability, stabilizes the quality and quantity of human sources available for the development.

Empowerment is one of the main concerns about human rights and development. Empowerment means accepting and allowing people who are on the outside of the decision-making process into it and which means increasing women’s access to control over the strategic life that affects them and unequal power relations between the genders.
